In accordance with EO 2008-04S, The Superintendent of the Ohio Department of Insurance ("Superintendent") will waive penalties for first-time violations if the Superintendent determines that the violation is immaterial, of a minor nature, does not involve failure to obtain a license or does not pose an actual or potential harm to consumers. |
